Kirsty runs Save the Children Fund, one of the charity sector’s biggest and most impactful influencing teams, recruiting and retaining some of the best talent in social change. She’s led integrated efforts (across media, policy development, lobbying and grassroots organising) to win government concessions on everything from the war in Yemen to the treatment of refugee children.

She has helped orchestrate the cross-party aid consensus at each stage. She was one of the leaders for Make Poverty History, which persuaded all the main parties to put 0.7 aid target in their 2010 manifestos, and was instrumental in the passage of the private members’ bill which put it into law.
