Natasha Davies

Natasha runs the policy and research arm of Chwarae Teg – Wales’s leading gender equality charity. She is currently leading the Gender Equality review of the Welsh Government, which is working towards the former First Minister’s vision of a feminist government for Wales.

She regularly produces in-depth and engaging research reports on issues such as men’s perceptions of gender equality, the career aspirations of young women, and the experience of BAME women in the Welsh economy.
