PolicyMogul

Smarter AI, Dynamic Stakeholders & Parliament Live: See what’s new in PolicyMogul

Since our last major update, the PolicyMogul team has brought online an exciting range of new features that are designed to make the life of public affairs professionals that bit easier.

Our AI assistant has had a boost

Following on from our popular tailored summaries feature, we have been hard at work responding to user requests for more advanced functionality.

Not only can you request a bespoke, tailored summary of an update specific to them, you can now also ask questions and get answers about any update and its relevance to your work, including the parliamentary record, legislation, oral and written evidence and committee transcripts.

This makes it easier than ever to pull out the information that’s relevant to you quickly, letting you focus on the details that matter.

Supercharged stakeholder mapping

It’s no secret that most public affairs teams are beholden to ‘The Spreadsheet’: A creaking Excel file routinely (occasionally) updated by members of the team when mentions are made and committees are contributed to.

Our dynamic groups feature allows you to set criteria for a group, and it will update itself automatically. Want a list of every policymaker that’s spoken about your issue in the last 90 days? Easy.

What about a group that only includes policymakers who have been vocal about a specific issue in the past 30 days, excluding shadow government, but only from Scotland, the North East and Northern Ireland? Just as easy.

With dynamic groups, PolicyMogul users have a simple way to identify and monitor the stakeholders who matter, and most importantly, keep that information up to date. No spreadsheets necessary.

(But of course, you can export to Excel in a click if you want).

Parliament… Live!

We track everything that happens in the Commons, the Lords, Westminster Hall and Committee meetings in real-time. And you don’t even need to be a PolicyMogul user to see it.

This means that we’re capturing everything that’s said in parliament, as it gets said, enabling faster alerts for all of our users (and less time having to listen to live streams of meetings).

PolicyMogul users can quickly identify relevant remarks, or search recent and ongoing debates for a specific keyword.

Our systems still roll over to the official Hansard when it’s published – but the wait between something being said in Parliament and its appearance on PolicyMogul has been almost completely eliminated.

It’s available now

If you want to see what PolicyMogul can do for you and your team, book a demo or register for a free trial. We will be happy to demonstrate our comprehensive all-in-one platform for public affairs, including political monitoring, stakeholder mapping and much more.
